We had our roof replaced on 7/8/2020. The entire process was easy, stress-free, and transparent. George met with us to go over the roofing proposal in detail. His presentation and written proposal answered all the questions I had about the construction process.
On the day of construction, George was onsite to ensure that everything ran smoothly (and it ran exactly on the timetable George said it would). He called me out a few times to see the progress AND explain exactly what was happening. This was especially helpful when it came to the underlaying, given that Precision Homes does this in a different and better way than other companies.
The construction team was efficient and went out of their way to care for our property. Roofing is messy, but they cleaned up everything. I have not found a single stray nail, shingle, or packaging anywhere on the property.
